uMIDI is a MIDI-to-analog signal conversion module that provides the functions necessary to synchronize and control modular devices from computers, iOS devices, and MIDI hardware. No menu operation is required, and you can easily use the two buttons.
The left section provides clock and transport related outputs. One of the clock outputs can be output at 1/16 and the other can be output at a specific number of divisions. Run and Reset outputs are patched to the corresponding inputs of the sequencer.
The right section has one set of outputs needed to control a single voice via MIDI.
Just plug in a MIDI cable or USB cable, LEARN the MIDI channel, and just play. If you send a MIDI note after pressing the LEARN button, uMIDI will convert and output the MIDI note on that channel. By holding down the LEARN button, the current MIDI channel and clock division number are memorized, and the settings are automatically recalled when the system is restarted.
