Synthesis Technology E102 Quad Temporal Shifter

The E102 is the digital implementation of the analog shift register (ASR) used in the Serge synthesizer and others.Functionality has been enhanced with unique Diright Controls and can now be digitized to allow for high-precision sampling & holdding.

The CV entered in INPUT is sampled at each clock (the internal clock or external clock of CLOCK IN), and the voltage is output from OUT1.Then each time the clock is entered, the voltage from OUT1 is shifted from OUT2 to OUT2, and the voltage from OUT3 is shifted from OUT3 to output from OUT4.

If the above behavior is at least one DELAY control, and you increase the DELAY control, you can increase the number of clocks to move to the next output, and delay the shift.If you increase DELAY, the output from OUT1 will not be delayed, and a sample & hold is done on the clock.Only the shift will appear to be late.The DELAY control range can be switched on a switch.The range of the dirley is SH:1-8, MD:1-32, and LG:1-511 without a single dray.

If the input is not patched, then the digital noise is wired as input.Digital noise can be selected from eight spectra through NOISE control, and CV control is possible.It also has white noise output and is not affected by NOISE controls.

ON the QUANTIZE switch causes the output to be quarantinged.If set to FLOW, the input is not sampled and simply the input is quartered, and the same signal is issued from the 4 output.

The internal clock speed RATE, DELAY, and NOISE can be controlled by CV.
