CHIMERA is a metallic noise percussion module that combines metallic percussion sound samples with a granular synthesis engine to produce sound. It is also possible to make a persistent sound with a combination of feel switch and Decay knob.

Chimera provides 11 metallic sound samples, including boxes of tambourines, coins, and effect pedals, and surface controls smoothly transition between them. It is then put into the granular synthesis engine to produce the decay part, and further modulates the sound with effects such as quality reduction, sample rate reduction, and com filter. The Feel switch can also create a different sequence of strengths for each trigger, or extend the decay to create a drone.

Ideal for metallic industrial textures, hard hi-hats, SE sounds, etc.
