MUSICAL FEATURES

Optomix is the dual low pass gate module which can damp an input signal by a unique D Kay response. In Optomix, I can functionalize it as VCA and an envelope follower of the envelope incorporation. Because it takes very mild LPF as sound quality, and a Kay sound has a feeling of unique beautiful "Ringing" on a day, I turn very much though I generate the envelope which is when I played the sound and the string which are パーカッシブ.

The signal input into SIGNAL IN of each channel is processed with a low-path gate in Optomix, and it is output by SIGNAL OUT of each channel. In addition, input to AUX IN and MIX of the output of each channel are output by SUM OUT. Because Control Signal input is equivalent to CV input of VCA to operate each channel as VCA, I patch envelopes there, and I do Control Attenuator to turn a clock, and, please adjust the work condition of the envelope. I maintain a light sound so that a of the envelope has a big mounting it.

In addition, I can control each channel by DAMP PARAMETER and STRIKE IN. Because I open up a low-path gate all the way when I input a gate into STRIKE IN, Kay LPG sound with it is provided on the day that is パーカッシブ just to put trigger. In addition, DAMP PARAMETER influences strength of having D Kay of LPG. I can control DAMP in CV.

Optomix becomes new version Rev2 for sale more in February, 2016, and the following functions are added. There is no change other than it.
  • When it was not patched by signal input, it came to be connected the inside the offset voltage. Therefore, it came to be possible to trigger Strike, and to make the envelope with the shape only in Optomix in a simple substance.
  • Damp control reacted to an audio system signal and became able to use it as side chain input to get an effect such as コンプレッション.
