FXDf is a bandpass filter module with six fixed band outputs.
Inputs
There are two filter characteristics of FXDf: 6dB/Oct(1Pole) and 12dB/Oct(2Pole), which depends on which input jack you enter a signal for. The 6dB input is mild and has a character of original sound, but the 12dB input is more rezoned and makes a characteristic sound. These inputs also
Distortion and tone change at the input volumeTherefore, if you use vca or the like before input to change the volume, you can also get a rich tone change. In addition, if you enter a signal in both inputs, the two are mixed, but the distortion and other factors make it different from a simple mixer. The 6dB filter output is designed to reverse the original sound phase, so it is possible to reduce the volume of the band when mixed with the original sound. (Of course you can also use a mixer that can be flipped.)
Outputs
The cutoff frequencies of the six outputs are 78Hz, 198Hz, 373Hz, 692Hz, 1411Hz, and 3000Hz. Each output can be mixed in a mixer and used like an EQ, or through a separate process, or a combination of VCAs can be used to dynamically move each frequency component. Also, the six outputs can be taken out via a 10-pin header at the back of the base.
RxMxyou can use the FXDf signal as rxmx input without patching. (How to connect
