 Athru is a compact and full-featured wave folder. The wave folder that enlarges the waveform and wraps the waveform from the point when it exceeds a certain size can control the amount of folding with a slider and CV with Attenuverter. Athru has a second signal input (lower right of slider, with Attenuverter), which when patched mixes the input signal and then passes through the folding circuit. This input is internally connected to 5V when not patched by turning on the "Bias" switch. Therefore, if you move the Attenuverter from 0 in this state, the signal patched to the first input will be offset up and down, then you can further change the tone by passing through the wave folder. The input can be overdriven with the Drive switch.

 The main wave folder can be used like a VCA because the volume becomes 0 when the slider is lowered to the bottom. The lower left jack is a trigger input, and when a trigger is input, the amount of folding can be modulated with the built-in envelope (decay can be adjusted with the knob on the back of the board).
