Input audio and CV to process with Dynamix
Adjust the input gain to Dynamix. At 1 o'clock position, it becomes unity (unity gain), and if a modular level signal is input, it will give distortion to the signal after 3 o'clock
In the Dynamic control section, you can take audio as input and use the volume change to modulate the magnitude of the input signal. When the Attenuverter is set to the left from the center, the loudness of the input signal decreases as the dynamic input gets loud, and when the Attenuverter is turned to the right, the loudness of the input signal increases as the loud sound enters the Dynamic input. This produces an effect similar to ducking due to side chain compression. If you patch a signal with no volume change to Dynamic, you will not get any effective effect.
If not patched to the Dynamic input, the signal to the normal signal input will be patched to the Dynamic input.
The output volume is controlled by the CV input to the Level jack. The level control knob below the jack acts as an attenuator, and the intensity of the input CV can be adjusted. However, with Dynamix, the tone changes depending on the output volume. If you change the intensity of the CV with this attenuator, not only the volume but also the tone Will change. If you want to change the output volume without changing the tone, adjust the Signal Input Drive knob.
The level jack is internally connected to 8V when not patched, so you can control the output volume manually. At this time, the tone also changes.
CH 1 signal output
CH2 is the same as CH1
Audio and CV signals patched here will be mixed with the Mix output. Can also be used when mixing and mixing Dynamix and Optomix
Mix output where the input signals to CH1, CH2 and Aux are all mixed and output
